Return Policy
Thank you for shopping at Vivid Vision Bags. We want all our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you have a concern with a recent purchase, please email us at info@vividvisionbags.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you receive the wrong item, or your purchase is damaged or defective when you receive it, you must contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@vividvisionbags.com for activation of a no cost return.
The following outlines which items can and cannot be returned for a refund.
We do not accept returns of:
custom or personalized orders,
final sale items, or
items purchased more than 30 days ago.
Items purchased within the last 30 days can be returned for a full refund, provided they satisfy all of the following criteria:
The item must be returned in its original sale condition (e.g. unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
The return must me requested within 30 days of the date the item was purchased from Vivid Vision Bags.
You must provide proof of purchase from Vivid Vision Bags.
To initiate a return, send the following information to info@vividvisionbags.com:
Date of purchase, proof of purchase, and reason for return
Upon receipt of your email, we will review whether your item qualifies for a return. If it does, we will provide instructions for mailing the item back to us. Please note:
You are responsible for shipping the item back to Vivid Vision Bags, including the associated shipping costs (these costs will not be refunded).
We must receive the item within 30 days of the date you initiated the return.
A refund will be provided once we receive the item, provided all conditions in this policy have been satisfied.
Shipping Policy
Our products are made to order. Personal orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of the order date. Orders for multiple items may take slightly longer and you can email us at info@vividvisionbags.com to get a more accurate shipping date. Wholesale orders for Retail clients are shipped based on our Wholesale Terms of Service, which may be requested through info@vividvisionbags.com.
Items are shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
We are currently only shipping orders to addresses in Canada and the United States. Please note that the buyer is responsible for paying all applicable duties/costs incurred for orders crossing the border. These will not be included in the shipping cost during the ordering process.
Orders placed with the $20 CAD shipping policy will be tracked. A tracking number will be provided once shipped. Vivid Vision Bags is not responsible for items damaged or lost by the shipping provider.
